Biopsies performed during the consultation are billed as follows:
- First biopsy: $50 out‑of‑pocket
- Second biopsy: $25 out‑of‑pocket
- Third and subsequent biopsies: $12.50 each out‑of‑pocket
Cosmetic Procedures (All Patients)
- Cosmetic mole removal: $100–$200 per mole
- Non–skin cancer excisions (e.g., cysts): From $250 out‑of‑pocket
